    10 Years – Welds/Frame; One year – parts; 90 days – upholstery

 

  • Hex Dumbbell/Rubber Dumbbell & Rubber Plate
    One year

 

  • Smith Machine
     Frame 10 Years, Moving Parts, & Plastic Parts 6 Months; Cables, Pulleys, Pull &           Pop-Pins 90 Days 

 

  • Olympic Bumper Plate
    5lb, 10lb & 15lb – 6 months; 25lb, 35lb, 45lb – Two years

 

  • Kettlebells, Bars & Olympic Bars
    One year

 

  • Urethane Dumbbells, Barbells, Plates
    Five years

 

  • Attachments, Accessories, Rope, Plyo Box, Slam Balls, Wall Balls, Stability Balls, Medicine Balls, Fitness Mats. Foam Rollers, Stretch Cords, Grips, Upholstery.
    90 days against manufacturing defects

 

FPD guarantees all Strength and Fitness products from the date of shipment to be free of material defects or workmanship. FPD assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage by or through the use of products sold by Fitness Products Direct.

Warranty shall not apply to any part of the Products sold which is consumed by normal wear and tear and/or has been damaged due to negligent or inappropriate use, alteration, maintenance, storage, repair, operation, or handling by the buyer.

Product Warranties are against manufacturing defects. Weight Plates and Dumbbells are not intended for use on concrete floors and therefor use will not be covered under warranty also, such as Dumbbells/ Plates showing signs of being dropped, Dumbbells showing signs of rubber splitting caused by rubber dumbbells hitting steel on racks.

Products should be cleaned with a clean, soft cloth moistened with water only and dried appropriately as surface rust is not a manufacturing defect. Marring of the product due to the use of any cleaners will not be covered under warranty. Warranties become invalid when items are not used correctly, or items are damaged not under normal use.

Olympic Bars showing signs of abuse from being dropped or left loaded with plate on racks and Wall/Medicine Balls damage due to being “slammed” will not be covered under warranty.

The foregoing limited warranties do not cover paint, coatings, and/or equipment altered without the express written consent of FPD, or damage caused to equipment by carrier, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or improper maintenance.

FPD will repair or replace any item that can be shown to have broken, under warranty, provided the customer returns it to us for our inspection. Any costs of removal or transportation shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

Cutting of pads while unboxing, grips tearing because of use w/jewelry are not a manufacturing defect.

All FPD warranties are non-transferrable and are only valid to the original owner. Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim(s).

FPD offers a onetime replacement of a product found to be defective within the warranty period.
